As it has been pointed out by many members, scouting and intelligence have been strategically useless to this point, mainly because you can lose money if your scouting mission fails.

This has been changed so that a failed scouting mission will cost you nothing.  A successful mission will tell you the defense level of your opponent.  If your opponent has a higher intelligence level than your scouting level, your mission will fail and you will attack at your own risk.

Please let me know if you have any questions about this.

with there being no negative recourse for this feature
i propose one of three ideas

a.) there should be a log stating the people that have failed to scout you

or

b.) faze out the entire scouting thing and posibly a credit of md + to the current value of the players up-grades

or

c.) adding the option of selling an upgrade for 50-75% of the value for use only to upgrade
(this one is good for people that find themselves attacked too much, they could sell one attack level for it's value to buy the defense up-grade they need)

any thoughts?

All I know is that i never scout anyone anyway and that I was going to start to up my intelligence to get more money from failed scouts but now I am not.

There needs to be negitive recourse for having a faild scout and i think that having a list of the people that failed would be nice.
