ok i've seen my settlements plumit dramaticly over 2 evenings and my number of attacks on me and number of successful attacks on me haven't changed for almost a week

As of 12:15pm Central Standard Time on Thursday Aug. 24, this doesn't appear to be resolved.  My statistics show no attacks on me at all, so certainly no successful attacks either.  And yet I have lost two settlements in 24 hours?  I don't see how that is possible.  Is there a way to lose settlements other than a successful attack?

I have a similar problem so I think there is still a bug, too.
Lost 5 settlements and got credit for none that I gained which was at least that many.
