Q. What is the purpose of settlements?
A. Settlements determine your mining bonus. The maximum number of settlements that can go towards the bonus is 150. Each settlement you govern counts 1 point towards this total, each settlement you join counts 1/10 of a point and each settlement you Alliance controls counts 1/25 of a point. A higher bonus means that you hit motherlodes more often and for more money.

Q. If I do not play what happens to my moves?
A. Daily moves that are not used are lost at game reset. Only Anytime Moves carry over.

Q. Help! I was moving along and suddenly my screen is black.
A. Most likely you have moved off the game board. Check to see if your coordinates are over 600 which is the maximum coordinate in each direction. If so move back the way you came and you should be fine.

Q. How do I use the Game Map on the homepage?
A.  Each section of the map contains 300 x 300 squares on the playing field.  The map is divided by 3 horizontal white lines and 3 vertical white lines.  The middle lines define the 0,0 borders (So the middle horizontal line would split the North from the South, and the middle Vertical line would separate the East from the West.)

I have question about premium membership.   I joined yesterday but did not include extra moves.  When signing up...one thing it says is that as a premium member, one thing I will receive is extra moves.   I logged on today, my first day and had a total of 251 moves.   Is one extra move a day all a premium member gets?  And next question I need help with is buying moves.  It says when signing up that I can buy extra moves at .02 per move a day.  Yet right above membership I can buy up to 500 moves for .01 and 1/2 cent for moves beyond 500.   What is the value in buying them at .02 cents?   Am I missing something?   Please help me understand.

a premium membership just lets u stay where u were the day before, if you pay 1 more dollar than it costs, you will get 100 extra moves per day...u dont get any extra from an initial premium membership.

Is there a list on here somewhere that shows the costs of each upgrade?  Seems I have seen something showing what each upgrade costs to the max level but I can't find it.
Was going to print it out since the Outpost is messed up and you can't see amounts needed for next level upgrade.

my total rank is 41 (I have 10 weapon level , 11 defense level , 10 intelligence level , 10 security level )
so it takes 800,000 md for 20$ to cashout . 
what is the minimum amount of mars dollars that I need to own so I can request a payout ?
isn't it supposed to be only 40,000 md which is 1$ ?

it says I don't have the minimum amount , but I have 55,550 md now.
It also says I must request payout at the 1st of the month , is that true ?

First of all, to cashout you require a "Cashout Card", so that may be why it's telling you that you don't have the minimum amount.
And another thing, I'm sure Jason has said that cashouts have been suspended for the time being.

Availability: Extremely Rare (1:25000) or still higher odds.

You can get a Cashout card by digging in Ruins, completing a specific mission, or being a subscriber for 6 continuos months or more and requesting one.
