I've had something similar happen to me. Its a harmless bug. You might as well let it live, no bug spray needed for that one.

if you get 50 more anytime moves, would the negative moves affect it and only give you 19 for a referral???

I think so, i've got -146 anytime moves and I don't think I received 25 free moves from an email I clicked a link to.  But I guess 25 free moves isn't worth complaining about.
