What does your Username mean?

Why did you pick the username you picked?

I chose mine because I am a big fan of Monty Python's Flying Circus.  The Sirkus spelling comes from a Pippi Longstocking story I read many, many moons ago.  In it, Tommy and Annika take Pippi to a circus, and Pippi is shocked to learn that you have to pay admission to look at the circus.  She is confused by the concept of a "sirkus" and thinks that looking at EVERYTHING, even stuff outside the circus, costs money, so she quickly slaps her hands over her eyes in fear that she's racked up a huge debt just from looking around all her life.  Two seconds later, she peeks out guiltily from behind her fingers and says, "I don't care how much it costs...I HAVE TO LOOK!!"

I've always liked that story, and I'm glad I can pay tribute to it with my little pun.

years ago when I first started internetting, I used a dial up connection that was cheaper at night. So I invariably surfed etc in the night and "sleepy" seemed an appropriate username. Guess it just stuck through the years.
Now i look at it , it kinda looks lame....!!
