Okay, this is a free game.  Got it?  F-R-E-E.  Was the jump from 32,500 to 39,500 big?  Yeah, bigger than most would like.  Do you want this FREE game to go up in smoke because Eric has to pay out more than he has?  Nope.  Nowhere did I see Eric write that the estimate on the 20th would be the final number.

Numbers change.  It happens.  If you pay to play, there will be more money to go around.  If you visit advertisers and pay attention to the ads, there will be more to go around.  If you are that desparate for your $20, there's plenty of places around where you can make that much in less than a month.  A day, even a few hours, maybe.

This is a free game.  Please just enjoy it.

Eric, I'm sorry if I end up starting another thread where people complain about the move in payout, but I couldn't take it anymore.  Just keep doing your thing.  The majority, the vast majority, of us are having fun.

Good pt! Its a free game so people shouldnt be complaining. I was surprised about the change but it happens, i mean if its what Eric has to do to keep the game up so be it... Im getting sick as well on all these complaints...

If it goes up daily, it might get a bit ridiculous as in: "Why bother with a payout at all?"  7,000 MD a week or more increase can be a bit costly after a very short while.

What good would that do?  There would more M$ floating around, so the rate would go up.  Assuming that you have an average number of eruptions, you would still miss/make payout by the same amount, just with higher numbers.

I know there are people who want to play for payouts.  I'm totally cool with that.  But if the money isn't there, it isn't there.

Have fun!

Day Labor is one example.
Telemarketing is another.

I heard clubbing seals is a popular way to make a few bucks, too! Smiley

But hey, I thought you guys in Berkeley were seal huggers, not seal clubbers.
