Have you read this on the site.

Payouts will be given in either PayPal, e-gold, or a personal check, whichever you prefer. Payouts are sent on the 1st of every month. If you would like to receive a payout, send an email to admin@exodus3000.com with your PayPal email address on the 1st of the month. Requests that are sent before or after the 1st will be ignored.

The amount you recieve is determined by your total amount of Mars Dollars. The exchange rate will be posted on the 20th of every month, and it can change at any time. The minimum payout is $20.00.

Please note that when you request a payout, your upgrade levels will be cut in half, your Mars Dollars will be reset to 0 and your settlements will be released. This is done to make the game fair for new players and to make sure that changes in game rules affect all players equally. Since you get to keep half of your upgrades, you will still be able to remain very competitive in the game

So i haven't request a payout here but yes i would add as much details as possible. Your egold account number, your username in the game and perhaps some ways how the admin should contact you. BTw have you read the text in bold.
