Payout idea

To pay people who are interested in playing the game instead of people who only come here to earn a fast cashout by hoarding MD, how about next month requiring a combined upgrade level of 25 to be able to cashout?

Weapons level  7   
Defense level    7
Intelligence level  5
Security level    5
Radar level 1
------------------------
Combined level of upgrade = 25 so they can cashout.  


That can get people addicted as they will need to really play the game and lower the amount of MD in people accounts which can keep the exchange rate at a good value.

but if they upgraded that much,, how can they make the cashout.?. i usually upgrade when i can.. and when i earn alot of MD in 1 day,, the same day i upgrade..
and anywayssss,, when u cashout. the level 5 becomes level 2 not 3.. in ur best interest to make it of level 6 not 5 and so on..

Take one month to spend upgrading and one month to save up for cashout.

Also, it would probably be better NOT to upgrade to lvl 6 because it's cheaper just to upgrade to lvl 3.

actually still.. if u upgraded this month and next month only cash at the end u will lose MD due to UR NOT UPGRADING.. volcano erruptionl. bla bla..
so  i dont like that :roll:
