How bout an upgrade to the image of your homestead and/or settlements?  That might require a housing store or something, but a new look could spice up the game and allow the player to feel more customizable. Account: zIllusion

The only problem with this idea is that we do not have a skilled graphic artist on call, so we have had a long standing issue of getting new graphics for the game.
