This is really ****ing bugging me.

-Shift 12

So immediately i see shift 12. So i think "caeser shift"
So i go to a decrypter, and decode by shift 12. still gibberish. So i decode by 14 (26-12).
Still gibberish
SO I DECODE BY EVERY ****ING POSSIBILITY
still giberish
I've tried box cyphers, i've tried reversing the text before i decyphered it, i've tried everything except manually trying to figure out a letter substitution, which i REALLY don't want to do on account of the fact that there's like 60 letters but only 3 spaces.

I just had an idea if the space is a character... then 27, which would throw everything off..
Nope, still gibberish, even when i do by 15
