For all the newbs, and not so newbs; get in the chat room and chat! This game is about us, for us, and sustained by us! Get to know your fellow players, interact, and enjoy one another! The best times I've had here were talking with fellow players. I've made some great, long term friends in chat. Makes the game much more enjoyable.

that's because the game's chat is not in front of my eyes anymore.
I have to open the chat's window and read what ppl say and find something interesting to reply to.
last year it wasn't like that. last year , the chat was also in the game window and everyone could see what everyone else says.

Unless you have having issues getting the applet to load, you should still be seeing the chat window below the game window when you are playing.  Or if you selected the Hide Chat option after your game window opens.
