I play many monthes and so far I didn't see any spot where I can find an exploration card near my homestead.
I'm talking about all of the spots that are  within the radius of 250 steps around my  homestead's coordinates.

where can I find them ?

You have to venture further away from your homestead, you'll find exploration cards at coordinates larger than 401.
