about homesteads with low defense

I usually see home steads with low defense level , like 0 or 1 or 2.
I think it will be good for everyone to know about those homesteads .

That way , inactive players will lose all their MD , and active players will start buying defense and security upgrades to protect their own homesteads , so players will not attack them successfully.

what do you think about it ?
Is it ok to write coordinates of week homesteads , so ppl will know easy MD spots ?

It's a good idea, but, you are not allowed to publish coordinates of other homesteads, it's one of the rules of the game, unless you belong to an alliance, then this type of important information may be shared among alliance members in your alliance board.

like a cheater that once got banned and his homestead was published ?

I'm sure Jason said it was okay to share that information among alliance members, I have been doing it since I've had an alliance.

Sharing homestead coords among alliance members has always been kind of a grey area, actually.  I don't remember specifically stating that homestead coords could be shared, although I did specifically state that alliances could share mission specific coords, stores, and specific map locations, although I was thinking of particular settlements and such at the time, not homesteads.  I can see how that would be interpreted as such.

I would rule that you shouldn't share specific homestead coords, as that opens that person up to bullying and gangbanging by that alliance and the only way to correct that is to pay for a homestead move, which is not currently available for credits, which means that it is not currently available for most players.  I know personally from other games that there is nothing that will drive people away from a game faster than feeling ganged up on, particularly independants that don't have an alliance to fight back with.

There is a list of cheaters, however, all of those accounts are so old that they have been purged.

I agree with that. There are players that are just starting out, and are unaware, or not very knowledgeable, of the upgrading process. I too have come across homesteads with little, or no defense, and just assumed that they were new players starting out. I'm starting over again, myself, so I can relate to the newer players in the game.  Think of when you were brand new to the game, and thought of other things besides upgrading stats. I joined here in the beginning, played for a bit, then left. I did come back, and stayed for a long time. Not all homesteads have been abandoned, not yet :-)

Low defense homesteads seem to go with new names.  If we want the game to do well, we should not hit these people repeatedly, instead, perhaps send a message to them suggesting that building defense would be a good idea.
