How about implementing at least some of these suggestions that have been talked about and agreed upon buy players and admin for the last 2 or 3 years?
Obviously there is still interest in the game, I know of several players that check in from time to time to see if anything has changed or to try to play again only to find themselves in the same ole boring and non changing game they left.
I know there is no money coming in and all that, but this game is going to remain broke until you do something to get people playing again. Who's gonna pay money for what is going on now? I sure am not.

Well, we had been holding off on talking about it until it was much closer to completion, but I guess we should go ahead and say something now.

Due to numerous issues of bad design and poor coding standards, Exodus3000 as it stands is next to impossible to properly expand upon or introduce new features.  Before we can roll out new features, then, I have to make some drastic changes to what we already have.  This will not result in new functionality directly but will make it possible to keep the game growing and expanding far into the future.

I check this site.  Alexa rating.  It can't reach top 100,000 in the world.

Unless exodus3 owner.  decide to surf crazy in traffic exchange.  So we can get more people playing this game.

We've tried third party ad providers before.  They have not worked out well in the past.

Once I have gotten the site to a point where I feel it is presentable again, I will looking at steps to take to increase traffic.
