That notification is incorrect, and should not have been sent out.  You will receive a payment as soon as possible, but we no longer offer any promise or guarantee on the length of time to issue a cashout.  This is due to the fact that the game can only issue payouts as we bring money in.

Then you should stop sending that e-mail to the players ... and you should also publish a list of payments progress or something like that. Everyone should see his number on the list and the amount of payments awaiting to be processed.

You are absolutely correct about the email, and I have already adjusted it.  We are working on something for the payments list.
