what can i do whit card's when i collected 10 ?!

There isn't anything you can do with 10 white stars.  The 10 cards that is referred to on the card image are the 10 different colors of stars.  With a large enough amount of white stars (I think 250 off the top of my head) you can exchange them for anytime moves.  The link to do that will show up on your stats page when you have enough.
