LOOK, I POSTED FIRST, AND NIGTHFLYER EVEN CONFIRMS MINE FIRST, HOWEVER, GOLDNDMNDS BUTTS IN AND POSTS AND NIGHTFYLER CONFIRMS HIM TOO. HOWEVER NIGHTFLYER CONFIRMED ME TWICE. SO KRISTA DOES THE TRADES AND I STILL DO NOT GET MY STUFF. THIS IS UNFAIR I POSTED FIRST, HE EVEN CONFIRMED MINES FIRST AND SOMEONE BUTTS IN .... AND BECAUSE IT TAKES SOOOOO LONG TO CONFIRM A TRADE HE CONFIRMS BOTH OF OURS YET I DO NOT GET IT. THIS HAPPEN ABOUT THE THIRD-FOURTH TIME.

I understand you are upset, however this is NOT the way to take care of problems.  Yelling into a message is much more likely to get people upset with you than it is to get your problem solved.  You say this is the 3rd time, have you mentioned it before now?  Or did you just let it go and now you want to yell?  I don't ever remember seeing any emails to admins from you regarding this issue.  I did see you pop into chat for 3 minutes yelling for an admin.  You may need to wait more than 3 minutes.  I'm sorry but we are not at the keys all the time.  All in all I would say you have not handled this very well.  Krista is looking into it and will make the necessary changes to fix it.  Please, in the future remember we are people and can make mistakes just like you.  Just send us an email about, no need to yell at us about it, we will help you.

I apologize for being so rude.... I had brought it topic up before but just decided to let it go. I assume that everyone makes mistakes yet however it keeps on happening to me.

Next time if there's an issue, I send an e-mail.
