Subscribers should be getting their payments much quicker than non-subscribers,
it's their money that is supporting the game, they should have priority or at
least have a "fast track" to getting their payments over non subs.

Subs shouldn't have to wait a year for a payment, that should be left to the
non subs, subs should be getting their payments sooner, even if it's $25 or $50 a
month, but they should be getting their payments monthly and regularly.

I think that's fair.  Subscribers have more invested in the game, and paying subscribers first would be a great incentive for non-subscribers to subscribe.

Even as a subscriber I'm not so sure this actually would be fair.
For one thing some that have cashed out were subs at the time they cashed out or were subs at some point before they cashed out.
#2, it was never stated that there is priorities in who gets cashouts other than where you are in line.
Maybe it would be fair for subs to get a higher rate than non subs but even at that I think it would be too complicated to sort it out.

To say it would be difficult to go back and do it is an understatement.  I'm not even sure if I can do it.  BUT, going forward it may not be a bad idea.

Forget about going back.  I think most of us understand that it would be quite an undertaking.  But going forward would be great for generating subscribers.
