It isn't exactly science fiction like aliens and stuff but i did like I, Robot and all of Isaac Asimov's stories. These aren't movies but twilight zone and outer limits had good stories.

Well, there is Avatar of course, but I also like a lot of the weirder stuff like Knowing or Push or Jumper.  I have an affinity for movies dealing with psionic/superhuman powers and mutations.
