How a Suggestion gets into the game

1)  A forum member makes a post in the Suggestions forum.
2)  The idea will stay on the Suggestions forum for as long as there is ongoing debate about it, or until it is sponsored by and admin for detailed review.
3)  Once the debate of a suggestion dies down, or if the idea is sponsored, it will be moved from the Suggestion forum to the Working Ideas forum.  This restricted access forum calls on those forum members who have been the most involved to give the suggestion deep thought and rapid reworking as necessary to insure that the idea will integrate well with the game and add a positive factor to it.
4)  The suggestion will stay in the Working Ideas forum until such a time as the idea is approved by the admins and moved to the Approved and Authorized forum.  And suggestion that makes it to the A&A forum will be slotted to be included in the game.
5)  If a suggestion is rejected for whatever reason, it will be moved to the Rejected Suggestions board.  Once a suggestion has been implemented, it will be moved to the Implemented board.

*NOTE* If the originator of a suggestion that gets moved to Working Ideas does not have a sufficient post count to view that forum, they will be granted a special exception allowance to view the board while their idea is in discussion there.  This should be known as Korndog's Exclusion.

Ok, I misunderstood(or misread). I thought you meant the most people involved in the discussion about that suggestion.

No.  By "most involved" I meant the forum users with the highest post counts.  We have been fortunate that those of our forum users with high post counts have gained those be actively participating in the community here.

I wonder if there might be better way for a suggestion thread. You have a certain amount of posts per suggestion thread. Be it 10, or 20, or whatever. After that, the people with the most posts on that thread would  get a private conferring thread. They would come to some sort of consensus where everyone involved agreed on what the final suggestion would look like. That final suggestion would then be placed in front of the entire board for a straight up/down vote. This would probably last for a specific time period. The results of that vote would determine if the suggestion would be implemented. We would need to decide in advance whether a tie would result in passage or not. Perhaps have Jason(or another administrator) cast the tie breaker(just an idea). Ther would likely be little change from the "most posts" idea, as those who post alot would be more liely to post here.
