Time to increase the stat level?

This game is getting so boring, everyone is 30/30. QueenSheba is trying to give away upgrade cards for free to players with low stats, which is cool, but there is nobody with lower stats anymore so she can't give any out.

Like 2 years ago this subject was heavily debated, so the moon thing was thought of, still no moon.

It's been said to death, but just so you know, the moon is still in the works.  The map has been built for it, rules defined, and about half the necessary codework has been done.  I'm hoping that I can find some time to really buckle down on it in January.  I'm really sorry that it's taken so long to turn this around.  When we (the admins) purchased that game back in Aug/Sep, we had intended to herald the change of ownership with the release of the moon expansion and some new missions and other related content.  Instead, at the same time the purchase finally went through, I got swamped with paying freelance jobs and a major shake up at my day job that required much more focus on my part to complete things there.  I know it just sounds like more excuses, but please realize that all three of us are keenly interested in getting this game re-energized and kicking again.  We have several things developing in the background, that we hope will bring a lot of renewed and fresh interest in e3k.
