I haven't seen anything new, but I do like the idea of the monthly raffles.  You buy tickets on the last day of the month with your MD and enter the raffle for cash prizes based on how much cash you guys have.  You can sell raffle tickets for whatever you want, since it won't affect the ratio.

I know a lot of people don't like the raffle idea, so you could split the proceeds, i.e., half the cash you have goes to the raffle, half goes to the traditional payout.  Part of that plan will include adjusting the payout ratio.

But first, it's important to get caught up on payouts that are due.
