can someone explain me what does shift 12 mean. englis isnt my native language so i have some problems understanding it.

Use Google to search for "Secret Messages Shift 12", you should be able to get your answer there.

Not necessarily that message, but yes.  You will need to move or shift letters in some matter related to the number 12.
