Question about new cashout rule

I don't understand something about the new cashout rule.
Does this mean you have to be a subscriber, or you have to wait six months without being a subscriber?

11/25/2008 In addition to the new cashout rates, the 3-month subscriber cashout card rule has been extended to 6 months.  This means that you must pay for a total of 6 months of premium membership before you can request a cashout card.

From what I read that they changed the cash out card rule for subscribers that paid total of 6 months but not sure for those who have purchase
moves, radar, or a homestead move total $100 or more.

Subs and non ~ subs can get a cash out card if they purchase moves, radar, or homestead move that total $100 or more. Also subs and non ~ subs can get a cash out card for doing get your butt off mars and the Martian plaque mission and by digging as well.

I'm not sure which one is right because there is 2 things about the cash out card policy but I think that once someone has total of 6 months sub may request for a cash out card.

It's pretty straight forward.
Subscribe for a minimum of 6 months, request a cashout card.

If you're a non-subscriber, there is a mission which gives you a cashout card; plus the rare chance of finding one in the game.

Nadine is correct.  The former rule was that if you were a subscriber for 3 months you could request a cashout card.  We've changed that rule to now require that you be a subscriber for 6 months before you can make that request.  None of the other avenues (purchases or missions) to get cashout cards has been changed.

Yeah I know about the cash out card policy has been changed 3 times since September 08 but we were wondering after the first 6 months and the subs request a cash out card, can they request for another cash out card every 6 months or no.

Ok ... I'm clear about all but one thing here

6 Month +  subscriber ----  One Cashout Card         -- No Repeat

Plague Mission           ----   One Cashout Card        -- No Repeat

Butt off Mars Mission  ----    One Cashout Card        -- No Repeat

Digging                     ----   As many as yo can find  --  Multipule repeats

The second method is by purchasing $100 of stuff, be it moves, radar upgrades, whatever.  Every $100 spent entitles you to another Cashout Card.

Do subscriptions come in the 'whatever' category ?  ... So after 13 months of subscription  ( 7.99 * 13 = 103.87 ) I can claim a Cashout card .......  Then after another 13 Months of subscription I can claim another cashout card.

So , as a full time subscriber.  I get

1 Cashout Card after 6 months subscription

1 Cashout card after ANOTHER 13 months of subscription

1 Cashout Card after ANOTHER 13 months of subscription

Subscriptions, as they have their own rule, do not fall into the "whatever" category of purchases.

Subscribers have minimum of 4 Guaranteed ways of cashing out.

6 months subs .... 2 missions .... $100 purchases ( repeatable )


Non - Subscribers have minimum of 3 Guaranteed ways of cashing out.

2 Missions   .... $100 purchases ( repeatable )


And EVERYBODY has the chance of digging a cashout card ( though subscribers have MORE opportunity to get them than than non-subs )

This is a 'GAME' where you CAN get some extra 'PIN' money ... if you put in the time and/or cash to do so ..... but it is a 'GAME' with finite resources. If those resources are used up ....... the game DIES ..... and ... as with everything in life ... if you expect a 'Free Lunch' you are going to be sorely dissapointed.

Enjoy the GAME for what it is .. if things change .... well .. look at the REAL world as it is now ... every thing changes .... FAST ... Roll with it ... ( or get an ulcer ). Enjoy the people here .. from ALL OVER the world .. enjoy the GAME ... and , for crying out loud, have a laugh while you are doing it.
