Are these just random numbers or do they mean anything?

Thanks,
Mike

The one i found said a journal with part of a coord at 580S with the rest being torn off. I searched allll 580S coords and no great treasure to be found Sad . Sent an email to admins several days ago, but as yet have not received a reply. My guess is it's just a wild goose chase meant to burn up moves. Tongue But it did add to the game. lol

I agree that it adds to the game. It could be an even better addition to the game if something was found. If something isn't supposed to be found, then I hope someone will clarify this information.

I love a good mystery and would run to the coords every time... even if there was only vast treasure half the time. But if there's not any treasure ANY of the time, pfffttt!

It is a rumor, a potential, a maybe.  There are no guarantees.  Take your source into consideration.  If the previous owner of the journal had found a vast treasure, would it be likely that his/her homestead would be abandoned?  Unless it was so great that they retired to a settlement and gave up the prospecting life.

Some people have found things, some have not.  Take it as you like.

I found 2 different sets of coord. So I used the 2 together and found something that sounds like a machine part?  But it did not show up in My inventory?

The only thing I can think of is if it were a broken drone.  That is not anything that is worth anything and that's why it doesn't show in your inventory.  Just like the boxes of magazines and such.

You could be speaking in Mandarin for all I understand this ): . But I continue to search the co-ordinate axis given, *sigh*.

So if there WAS something to be found, how would we know? Would we have to dig or will it appear as a link in the square? Can other people find it too? If there is a genuine 'great treasure' there, how long will it stay there for? What kinds of things count as 'great treasures'? Are my questions annoying you yet?

Thanks,
Simon.

If there is a treasure, it will appear through a normal action.  Nothing special.
