I do not agree with the Hometead Assault card, since I registered exodus3000, last month, I only lost 13MD from attacks on me, and now in only one night I lost over 200.    My def level is 10, and I don't have any good player aroaund me. Cheesy To me it seems unfair.
I think the Homestead Assault card should be used only against players with only two or tree defence levels above your attack level, or to be much harder to obtain
If I have let's say level 10 attack what's the point to level up, I mean there are less players with level 10 or more on defence than Homestead Assault cards.

The point to level up would be to get more settlements and by doing so get more md.  I like the homestead attack cards.  Makes the game more interesting.  There will be some tweaks to it as we go along.  It is a work in progress.  So please keep that in mind.  I know he appreciates your ideas, just make sure to keep it constructive.

I agree with you, but I make the maximum amount of mars dollars. We'll see later what will happen, the good players will be verry frustrated.

I agree that they're too common, I changed it this morning so that they are harder to find.

I think these cards are very good for the game, because it gives the newer players something to do, and the strong players aren't completely invincible anymore.

Thanks for your input.

whatever they are, i got seven of them today.  i think there's a few "tough" ones.

Homestead Assault cards are used to attack homesteads with defense level higher than your weapons level.

I think they are great!

well, i got 2 homestead attack cards and no one to attack with them today,so i don't think they should be very hard to find hence, in most cases its hard to find someone to use them against.yes there are a lot of newbies, and yes i was one too at some point, but the level up comes fairly fast to those that play daily, and radar helps, and teleport cards, and so on...

plus the settlement card is tricky,
you can attack but who says one will get something in return?
so i wouldn't bet it would lose any player too much money anyway
even most newbs learn not to stash money if they are too weak
and speaking of weak one may use it on weaker settlements too
even if it makes no sense

and it seems somewhat unlikely that everybody around you
with such a card will be out to get you,
plus why should only you as "the strongest around"
plunder everyone as you will and everyone around only lose money to you
let the newbs get some of their own money back from you
to me these cards and all the other known ones so far are fair
and add a lot to look forward to the gameplay

I'll wait for the other unknown cards to unfold their secrets as i have more then ten in most  cases... but only seven colors yet

how about a settlement attack card?
that would be fun,and again it should not be too hard to find either,
simply because the true owner can reclaim the settlement at any point...

this seems to me a more proper approach
hence most powerful users would get as many settlements as possible
only to brag about it, and keep them even so they don't need the extra load for anything else...

There are settlement attack cards as well.  I had one, until I used to grab a Def 20 settlement that I stumbled across Smiley

That is good news indeed.I had no such luck,to find one of those yet.
And i'm still stacking up (up to 3 now) settlement assault cards
without getting anyone stronger to use them on yet...so i'd trade them anytime for settlement assault cards instead, there are too many settlements  that strong players do not require and yet otherwise keep to themselves,so it is a good thing there is such a card. let's hope it will be easier to find in the future. surely it can't ruin the gameplay.

I agree with the Settlement cards, indeed, there are  maxed player that do not require all the settlements they have. As for the homestead assault card, I can't say I'm against them, it's harder to find them now. In the last few days I only lost 100MD.  Eric is doing a great job.   Cheesy

RAAAAAAAAAA!
I KEEP ON LOSING MY HOMESTEAD ASSAULT CARDS.
BECAUSE WHEN I'M LOOKING FOR CARDS
AND I GET TO A HOMESTEAD
I AUTOMATICALLY CLICK THE WHITE TEXT THERE.
SO THE NEXT HOMESTEAD AFTER I FOUND IT.
I CLICKED IT ACCIDENTALLY.

FFS.

Eric, can you please move any card button things up to thetop left corner, like with the teleport to homestead, etc?

that would be pretty amazing.

thanks.

Thank goodness you changed it! I've been fretting that I might accidentally use it when I don't mean to.
