Like he would even think about it.. the way you come into the game and complain about things, instead of sending in an email to the admins. Errors can be made at times while HUMANS are clicking... however, the things you are talking about, aren't legit. For whatever reason your things are "missing" from your stats page, there is currently no glitch in the game that is taking items away from people.
And waiting 2 months to bring it up doesn't help either, as I am sure the logs don't go back that far to see HOW things came up "missing"

And you were told in chat, that Krista was off on her OWN time today. She doesn't need to be here 24/7 to deal with stuff like this. She also has children and as far as that goes, your family should come first!
