Asking for an address/phone# upon signing up was a pretty big turn-off, especially with the little star next to address that makes it look like it's required. It did let me leave both blank after all though, which is good; otherwise I'd have not signed up (or would've entered garbage).

The game itself is interesting though. Easy to learn.

I did notice that a lot of people were entering garbage.  I've removed the name, address, and phone fields, and left city, state, and country for statistical purposes.

Thanks for your input!

This game is pretty cool in an Old Skool way. It's alot like the BBS war games that I used to play wayback when.
Congrats,

Now I just need to get all my Old Skool dork buddies to play and give me referrals.

great concept, simple interface, fairly quick progression.
over all...
I give it a 9 out of 10
the only thing that might make the game better is if it were to graphically show your character walking in the spaces that you travel to.

I like it! Nice and simple!

I just wish you gave more moves or had moves given out in volcanoes or something. That's really the only thing I have to whine about.

It's a good way to kill some time and have fun while my son naps!

I am pretty sure that the purpose of this game is to give you limited moves so that you have to purchase more if you want an advantage.

Agreed.  It's a very interesting business model, and I think it's pretty sound.  Once people get "hooked" they'll be able to play more and increase their power bloc by purchasing moves.  Citing every freggin' MMORPG as an example - if they game play is good people will do it.

Me?  I just like turn based games.  Because I am a nerd.

The one thing I really, really like about this game and being a beta(ish) player is how much our input directly effects the gameplay.  I just noticed "settlement is governed by [user] since [timestamp].  AWESOME!
