ok i've just finished my second week of my first year of university in Australia... honestly, i have no idea what is going on in my accounting classes though i enjoy the microeconomics classes and maths classes can be interesting... marketing~~ im completely lost... also, its so hard to make friends in uni~ :roll:  every lecture different people sit next to you ... everyone seems so organised which makes me feel guilty for being so clueless :evil: grr.... PS: going on camp from Monday-Wednesday next week! |

Im also taking first year univercity here in Vancouver. It can be very stressfull especially during midterms and finals. Pulling out all nighters can be strenuous also so that is why you need the support of friends at all times.

What's your answer? I'd like to here it. I may be offended since i'm also asian. I am aware that if I went to japan or china I would find lots but I would rather be in an english speaking country.

Sorry, my answer relates to a university we have here in Sydney, where a lot of students from Asia tend to go to study- it's called UTS. I don't know if they're hot- I personally tend to judge a uni based on the degrees and subjects on offer.

When I was studying, non of my friends where from my department. I met all my freinds in student accommodations, or through societies or just by chatting to other people that looked lost on campus.
All those people that look so organised and confident are just the loud one's who like to pretend to look so organised and confident. They are more lost and confused than you are!
