I wanna ask, when I get 22.000 MD I want cashout them, can I do that? Or I must upgrade something... Becouse I wanna cashout and then after ~week buy with them points, upgrades....

You can cash out once you get above 22000. If you cash out you loose all of your stats so having low stats would be less of a loss.
