Boil lots of spinach - at a bit a nutmeg to taste, and salt. In a bowl, add a large spoon of cornflower and mix in some milk. This is to thicken the spinach.Add to spinach. Heat for a few more minutes but be careful to keep sterring.

 Boil fussilini pasta. When both are finished, put them into a baking dish. mix them together along with a lot of grated cheese:) add some more cheese on top and bake until cheest is golden. And enjoy. Easy and yummy. I am converted all spinach haters with this dish:)

Usually cheddar but you can use edam, mozzorella mixed with another cheese, or any grated cheese really. Whatever is easiest to get.

Food forum revival!

I love cheese and spinach.
Seriously- my love for the two- they can't be seperated otherwise it's a toss up between either or chocolate- is quite disturbing.

I also like that sour cream and spinach dip eaten with Lebanese bread.
Anyone care to disagree? I think not!
