Admin, you may want to add to the payout page specifically that those requesting payout should email you their request on the first, as most have to come here to find that out.  

OR, if there's a button that appears previous to payout dedline (not sure cause I haven't been down that road yet) that there is such and they will find it when the time is right.

Many players don't read the forums and only end up there as a last resort.
