how can i upgrade security n radar level? cant find em in the outpost..

I know radar is available at the outposts, along with increases to attack, defense and scouting.  The price for the first upgrade is 2500.  As for security, I have not seen it available for sale or find anywhere.  Maybe you will find it in a volcano or ruins.

I had some security upgrades hidden in ruins, but that didn't make much sense so I just added it to the outposts, along with the other upgrades.
